My Account

Q. What is my account & what can I do with it? A. My account on our site is where you can take a hold of your billing history and your account, update your contact details, change password and manage your username. And from here you can manage your own Rakhibazaar.com account.

Q. What if I forget my password? Don’t worry if you forget your password. Just you have to do:

Step No. 1- Click on My Account at the top right corner of our site and access the login window.

Step No. 2- Click on I cannot access my account link.

Step No. 3- Enter your email-id to retrieve the password.

Q. Is there any benefit of having an account at Rakhibazaar.com? A. Yes, there are several membership benefits which you can enjoy.

  • Your transactions will be quicker and smooth

  • You’ll be able to save your past shipping address at our site so that you won’t have to enter the address time and again.

  • You can track the order details and history of your account.

  • You’ll be notified of any special offers or discounts.

Q. How to track the shipping of my order? A. On the header of our site, you’ll see a “Track Order” section. Enter your order number to see status of your order.

Q. Can I make changes in my order be it billing address, product, receiver’s name, address, contact number, delivery date, or delivery message? A. If you wish to change your order details, please contact our customer care at support@rakhibazaar.com or call at +91 8470001155.

Please not any change in order information can be considered or made (if necessary) only if communicated at least 1 day before the delivery of the order.

Q. What if I wish to add more products in my order? A. If you want to add more products in your order, get in touch with our customer care executive at support@rakhibazaar.com or make a call at +91 8470001155.

Any change in purchase order can be made only if notified 1 day prior to the date of delivery.

How to place an order?

Q. What details are required to make an order? A. We need following details from your end:

  • Recipient's name

  • Contact number of the recipient

  • Complete delivery address (with pincode)

  • Message on the card

  • Date of delivery

  • Shipping option

  • Sender's name

  • Billing information.

Q. Where all you deliver rakhi and rakhi gifts? A. We deliver in all most all the major cities of India. We also offer delivery facility in international cities. Go through our city list to see the name of the cities and countries where we deliver rakhi and rakhi gifts.

Q. Is there a particular time of delivery? Ans. Yes, we deliver all orders during business hours from 9 AM to7 PM.
